Accidental Archaeology:

Toronto Beneath

There is a whole other Toronto under the current one. We see it in excavations as new buildings are erected, and as people renovate their homes and find treasures from a by-gone era. This exhibit focuses on a myriad of objects found in the most unusual places: from discarded newspapers and garments used to insulate turn-of-the-century homes, to forgotten letters used as bookmarks in library books.
